Wellness coaching can include discussions about anything that affects your health, fitness, and general well-being. The main areas that a wellness coach helps with are: getting fit, improving your nutrition, managing stress, and maintaining a healthy weight.

What You Get:

8 weekly 30-minute wellness coaching sessions from a trained psychologist and wellness coach with over 25 years of experience in helping people change – only $49 per session! These sessions will be conducted by phone, so that you can be in the comfort and privacy of your home or office, with no need to travel anywhere for your session!
